We ship directly from our warehouse in the middle of Germany. Available items (marked AVAILABLE) are usually delivered within 3-4 working days (Monday-Friday), for Switzerland it is 4-5 working days. Delays may occur in rare exceptional cases.
Current delivery status
We will inform you about the expected delivery date of your order in the order confirmation. If an ordered item is not available, it will also be noted there with an estimated delivery date.
What are the shipping costs?
When ordering above the minimum order value, you don't have to pay any shipping costs. If you stay below the minimum order value, we will charge shipping costs of 10€ per order and delivery address. If you choose drop shipment, we will always charge 10 euros for shipping.
