A satisfied and motivated specialised trade that actively sells our products and is in close and constant exchange with us helps us a lot. In addition, we deal responsibly with all our partners in the specialised trade, at the large baby specialist stores and in e-commerce. This extends to close cooperation in sales as well as in marketing. We cover DACH from both the field and inside sales. We also regularly visit stores and central organisations, as well as the specialised trade, with product training, launch measures and POS optimisation in order to keep our finger on the pulse and to promote the business of our partners in the best possible way.
Of course, it is extremely important for us to constantly learn what end customers think about our products and how applications can be continuously improved. We like to reflect this knowledge back to our partners of the different brands and proactively contribute to the process of further product and strategy optimisation. This is a clear commitment to profound, successful and long-term cooperation with our brands.
We predominantly distribute products from European production with traceable and shorter delivery routes. Logistics are mostly handled directly by our logistics centre in the heart of Europe, which is characterised by a long-standing partner in the baby industry.
